Question About Feb. Specials

I have followed PSA monthly specials for a while and decided to join the club last month when the promos were $5.50, $6.00 or $8.00 options. Can anyone explain why they combined the special this month at $7.00 per card any year, 50 card min? I would think at $7 they would lower the min. to 20 or 25? No big deal just curious.

Monthly specials vary. They've done 2 months of really great deals, so it makes sense that they'd control the volume a bit now.

Plus, note that the maximum value per card is doubled, up to $200 instead of the usual $100. That doesn't do a whole lot for me personally, but to some that may be a big deal. The max value on another Feb. special is $250, no minimum quantity but still the same 50-day TAT @ $17.00, by comparison.
