Does PSA/DNA still provide "auction letters"?

It's been awhile since I've won a "PSA/DNA Pre-Certified" lot from a major auction house, but I just won one and it didn't come with an "auction letter". Just wanted to see if they had discontinued the practice or if the auction house left it out by accident.
