The holder says PF62RB but the coin is neither a 62 or RB. When I submitted this coin 20+ years ago I was certain it would be a 65RD, I still am. I am guessing it was a clerical error. At the time it did not matter because I never intended to sell it. I have now liquidated all of my IHC's except this one. I could resubmit but I think the coin speaks for itself and the 20+ year old holder shows it is not messed with and stable. The coin is 100% red and has beautiful mirrors and cameo look. It is at least a 64 and likely a 65, it has no marks, the scratches you see are on the old holder. I had a tough time getting good photos of the fantastic mirror finish and I promise it is much better looking than my pics.
