Thoughts on this old baseball score & game counter?

My mother in law knows I collect baseball cards & memorabilia & brought this over to me. It's a 1912 St Louis Browns schedule on the back of a Baseball Score & Game Counter given out by Barthel's Cigar Store here in St Louis. Extremely cool & in really good shape. It actually still has gloss on the back. Not looking to sell it, just curious if anyone has any knowledge of their rarity & values

I know I've seen a couple posted here in the past, but I haven't found the correct search string to dig one of them up. I'm guessing they were shown by either Smittys or Stone193. IIRC, the valuations given were ~$50 or possibly less. Very cool item!
