Is this a known variety? Can find no reference of it anywhere. Found it going through another unopened FRB roll.

You can just make out two small bumps where the initials should be:

Nice coin! Same as the missing initial Buffalos and Kennedys among others. I believe I've heard of other Memorial 1c missing initial dates too. That would make an interesting collection.
