When should I call PSA?

Hi everyone,

This is the first time I've submitted an order to PSA and I'm not a member. The order was delivered last Thursday and hasn't shown up on my account yet. How long does it usually take to post that an order has been received and how long should I wait before calling? Thanks!

It can take 3-5 business days before it shows up. You can enter the USPS tracking number if you follow the links on the My Account page to confirm they've received it.

If you purchased insurance you can call PSA and give them that number and they will be able to tell you that it is in their possesion regardless if it is posted to your account.

Were they at a show? If so, I've noticed it takes a bit longer to log

Wait until Friday. If not logged by the afternoon EST, call. Before then is unnecessary.

They've only really had one full business day (Friday) since delivery so wait till the end of the week if you feel the need to call.

Hopefully, you wrote the service level in large print outside the box, otherwise, it will take much longer to post the order to your account. This is because PSA will assume that the shipment is the slowest one (e.g. 50+ business days) and get to it last. Of course, you can always call PSA for just about any question. Usually the wait time is minimal.
