Buying pre-33 Gold, prefer PCGS and NGC Graded Saint Gaudens

Mostly looking for Graded Saints without a huge premium over Gold value, so:
--probably fairly common dates
--MS64 or below, circulated may be considered as well
--raw coins maybe considered depending on price and condition
--cleaned and polished aren't worth much over melt to me, but let me know
Will look at other pre-33 gold, but nothing over 25% above spot will even be considered. Please send your asking price when contacting me.
Will pay with cash or trade for other bullion... thanks!
