How often, on average, would you say PSA runs a monthly special with no min.?

This month they're running a special that's $8 with no minimum quantity. Would you say they run a special like that every month?
4 to 6 months out of the year? Is it super rare?

I'm not sure how frequent these are, but I know everytime I go to submit 2 - 3 cards, I get to the return shipping cost ($18 minimum) and it just kills it for me.

Hi Dan, there is usually some type of $8-10 special with no minimum every month. However, as Davis mentioned, it is usually not worth it due to the return shipping costs. If you just have a few cards to submit, it's better to just jump on a group submission or try to wait until the number of cards that you have to submit is larger, usually something around 25 or more cards is better since that's when PSA has better specials.
