Interesting. This is the same seller I informed that a 1970 Topps Baseball Hank Aaron PSA 6 he had for sale showed in the title it was a PSA 8. This is the response I received. "AUCTION IS FOR A PSA 6 NOT A PSA 8 - MY MISTAKE - IN MY E-BAY DESCRIPTION & THE SCAN IT SAYS & IS A PSA 6 - CAN'T CHANGE TITLE UNLESS I CANCEL AUCTION" It is what it is. I'm not saying it was done intentionally but it's a good way to get extra eyes on a listing. So far the bidding has exceeded what a 6 would normally go for.
I emailed the seller. He said these packs are from a case that was damaged on the bottom. He threw away the damaged boxes. So the packs are FADSC I guess....
I know this seller. He's a long time sports card dealer in NJ and has a brick and mortar store over 30+ years in East Brunswick. He also does local monthly auctions every month for the same time period. I know that he has had a warehouse full of wax that he's had since he bought the stuff directly from the manufacturer in the year of issue so his wax is good.

I guess being a long time dealer exempts you from running an accurate Ebay auction.
I never said anything about the sellers accuracy in his description of any of his auctions, just replying to the OP about any concerns about the wax that he has for sale.
One complaint I have is using the same stock photo over and over again for each lot of 36 packs. Would like to see actual condition of lot up for sale.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

Sounds like a familiar complaint we both have about someone else who sells unopened tim lol!!
"He is also missing all kind of qualifiers in his auction titles. Very misleading"
The auction I mentioned earlier of the PSA 6 1970 Aaron that had PSA 8 in the title ended up selling for 60 bucks. That's double what a 6 normally goes for. The "mistake" in the tilte either netted the dealer a nice profit or a return of a not as described card. I'll leave my personal feelings about these kind of dealers out of it.
