I was hoping to let a few more forum members take a guess but oh well.
It is actually a O-103a as evidenced by the obverse die crack above the date and through the stars on the right.
When I bought this coin it was in a PCGS 62 holder and it upgraded on my first submission for regrade. It's pedigreed to the McClerg and Queller collections for those who are interested.
BTW, the luster, which can not be seen in the pic, is amazing!!!

I mistook the darker areas on the cheek and bust for rub, but all in all, MS63 seems like
a fair grade for that coin given the originality and strike.
