Card measures 1/16" short

I bought an 87 fleer Jordan and it measures 1/16" short top to bottom. Is that possible from the factory? It doesn't look trimmed and I'm not getting it graded. But I don't want a tampered card in my collection.

I believe the tolerance is +/- 1/64 inch...so likely trimmed.

This is what I remember from an email from PSA.

If a card is greater than 1/32" short and doesn't show evidence of trimming, it will be rejected (N-6) as undersized - fee refunded.

I don't mind trimmed but authentic cards if you are looking to sell.
