Pet Peeve - eBay Invoices

Auction #1 ends. You snipe and win. You get the eBay email "You Won!".
30 seconds later, you get a seller-initiated invoice for 1 card plus shipping. Well, OK, I knew how much it was when I bid on it? I don't think I need a reminder because the auction literally just ended. It comes off as completely unnecessary and as something of a preemptive nag from the seller. I got it, you would like to be paid when you sell a card, but your invoice has appeared before it is even physically possible to click through the eBay check-out.
Even worse, about half the time, when you win several cards from these sellers and ask for a combined invoice, they take 24 hours to respond.
I realize this is completely trivial .... flame away ...

What bothers me more is when a seller re-sends an invoice like 4 hours before sending the original one as if to suggest you should have paid already so in case you forgot, here it is again, LOL!

<< <i>It's not. You'll only receive an invoice if (1) you ask for it, or (2) your seller gets antsy about you paying. >>
Or the buyer has purchased more than one card and you need to adjust to the proper combined shipping rates.

Right, right.

<< <i>My account is setup also to auto send invoices once an auction is completed. I only go back and resend one after 4 days of no payment or not hearing from the buyer. >>
Which seems to be a too frequent occurence lately on Ebay. At what point do you file the NPB?
