Prefer EF 45 PCGS graded, will consider eye appealing EF 40 must be PCGS graded.

Why is pricing difficult on this coin? Well, funny you asked that question they have been "marketed or promoted" up to the levels that are being asked. These levels are too high. I know that I make execellent cash offers.
