ebay bucks at -$10.00??

Today I was just issued a refund for a card that never arrived and now my ebay bucks say -$10.00. Does that mean they actually took my ebay bucks away?

Was the item refunded back to you $500, or less on a bonus bucks day? You'll now need to offset the negative balance with new purchases going forward.

Yes, this happened to me. I bought a bad unopened box for $900 during a 10% eBay bucks promo. Fortunately, eBay sided with me in the dispute with the seller and issued me a refund for $900. They had already issued my eBay bucks for the returned box and I had already used the bucks from that quarter including the bucks from that returned purchase. After I received my refund, my new quarter's eBay bucks balance was deducted the $90. Totally fair in my case. I am assuming you are in a similar situation. The way I looked at it, they gave me the $90 reward for spending $900 on their site, when they returned my $900 they had every right to take back their $90. I am glad to say that, like any great champion, I fought my way back from adversity and ended up at +$200 eBay bucks by the time the quarter ended! My wife may not be so happy about that

Yea the item was like $103 and I got the bonus bucks on a 10x day.

Just tell your wife ebay gave you $200 to spend on whatever you want. No need to tell her HOW you got the $200. Lol.
