requesting a approx. value on seated quarter??

Can anyone tell me the approx. value of a 1883 seated quarter in an older (not fattie) NGC non prong holder graded MS 63? It is fully brilliant (been dipped no doubt) but its a attractive coin if you like brilliant. No big marks and good luster. NGC price guide is $870 and PCGS is $825. I've been told by a dealer selling these dates that the price guide is a little low. I can't find one on a dealer website anywhere or on ebay or even a auction. The one's I find are always proofs. Pictures are not possible so an approx. value would be OK. Thanks for any help.

You have a good point there.

Yes, we are all liars. How else could you explain a discrepancy between the price guide and the market?
