Which would be the better investment in the long run? 90% silver @ $14 or 1oz silver 999 @ $18.

are you talking about one ounce of 90% silver at $14?
Spot price (silver content or melt) for one ounce of 90% is currently $15.17
If you can buy 90% at spot/melt or less then it is the better buy.
The decline from democracy to tyranny is both a natural and inevitable one.

Obviously 90% @ $14... but obviously .999 if your 90% is 14x face...
