Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Prior to last weekend's games I predicted an AFC roadie would be triumphant, but I couldn't wrap my mind around which one because I felt like Bal & Indy could each win their respective games. Now I know which one. I have a funny feeling about this game. It "feels" like Andrew Luck is about ready to ascend to the top of the AFC QB chain, disposing of the two best in consecutive weeks. But it will ultimately hinge on their defense. Earlier this season I watched Big Ben throw for 522 & 6 on the Colts, and it was one of the most pathetic displays you'll ever see. Fast forward to yesterday and I hardly recognized Indy's D.....in a good way. If they duplicate that performance against the Pats...

you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
Seattle 27
Green Bay 14
I really like Rodgers, but I think he has little chance if he can't move any better than he did against Dallas. Seattle will hit him and often.
New England 35
Colts 7
Belichick will have Luck's number on defense and the Colts defense will revert to their old ways in the cold.
Colts 24
Seahawks 28
Packers 24
SEA 29, GB 17. Seattle's on a roll and this game ain't in Lambeau.

Paul, have you gone to the dark side??? If you think our beloved Pats could get 31 points, surely you could go at least 5 more and put the Pats on top!!

<< <i>The reason Dallas didn't beat GB wasn't because of the Dez call, but because of their inability to put a gimpy Rodgers on the deck. Even a guy with one-and-a-half legs and next to no mobility will eventually find a receiver if given enough time. Those seconds in the pocket will be drastically reduced this coming weekend. Eddie Lacy better ball like he never has before for them to have any hope of pulling it off. I say no hope.

Excellent write-up on the Dallas/Green Bay game! I was watching that one with the father-in-law and we both decided that Rodgers should of gone out
for pizza and rented a movie while he was gimping around looking for a receiver!! I LITERALLY think there were a few plays he had 8-10 seconds without
the Dallas pass rush in his zip code. If Rodgers would of been healthy, that would of been a slaughter.
I also agree with your no-hope for GB statement. Like it or not, its the Seattle show from here on out.
In the AFC, the Pats take it. But it dont matter in the long run

<< <i>NE and Seattle. Then the Chiefs can say that they beat both of the teams playing in the Super Bowl. >>
I bet that hasnt happened too many times in NFL history. To have a non-playoff team beat what would
eventually be the super bowl contenders.
Quite possibly another obscure record for the Chiefs... like what team managed a complete season w/out
a TD pass to a receiver

<< <i>I'm not really a fan of any of the surviving teams- that said, a wounded Rodgers against Seattle's D spells trouble. My heart wants GB to pull it off but realistically, Seattle 30 GB 24. As to the other game, Brady will rise to the challenge. NE 27 IND 17. >>
Rodgers isn't hurt . To hear all the talk about his leg is getting ridiculous . Should someone call the make-a-wish foundation ? It's beginning to sound like he is terminal

He's definitely injured...the calf muscle damage is confirmed...but how badly he's injured, that's the question. A recent interview has him saying that he feels "about the same" as last week, which basically says nothing (perhaps by design, who knows).
