How long does it take to enter, seems like a 7 day submission shouldn't take 7 days to enter, or am I just to much in a hurry?

Based on recent loggage times, you're just in a hurry!

This is very standard. With a 7-day turnaround time, I would expect them to log early this week. If they don't by Friday, call and ask them to verify that they are in possession by providing your tracking number. Good luck!

This has been and still is a pet peeve of most everyone on the board. Beckett may not log in your order the day they get it, but the grading time starts then. I think most of us would like the same thing to happen at PSA. if it takes them a week to log an order that's on them in my opinion. it certainly should not work against the client(the subber). It took them about 4 business days to log my last order. I got one 50 day order in 5 business days and the other one is still there(business day 25? or so).

So hang in there, all of us go through the same thing.

I've had it take 5-10 business days for an order to be logged from receipt. Did you write your service level on the outside of the package? Usually that helps speed things along for the expedited service levels.

Too much of a hurry. Luck of the draw sometimes as I've been waiting since they received mine on the 3rd and my buddy got logged in on day 3 when received the same day.

My 45-day was received on 1/2 and logged on 1/9. I called on 1/9 and they said they were backlogged on processing orders received in late December.

I think CS presents the "worst case scenario" when you ask. I have had them tell me that it would take a week to log and then actually log the same day I asked multiple times.

Definitely true. I forgot to sign my last submission form a la mesapsa. When it finally got sorted out and I'd gotten them all the approval they needed I was told it would take "several days" to lift the receive hold. It only took a day and a half.

maybe it's time to hire more people seems like if you're "that" busy you could hire more people get jobs done faster make happier customers do more business etc etc.
