what grade is this Barber 10¢?

I would vote AG3 based on wear. However, it looks like the black marks on the front are numbers and I'm not sure how that would interpreted.

I was at AG or even net Fair for the ink, but if it's gone, maybe choice AG (is that a thing?) or even barely makes good.
