Green Bay vs Dallas

Well, the temp should be in the teens, hometown crowd, favored by 6, the o/u at 53...should be a Green Bay Day.

I'll take a shot...Green Bay 38, Dallas 21 (or less).

Jerry Jones, I can't wait to see that sour look on your face as another season slips away from you. Maybe they'll que up the great Dandy Don's music for you "turn out the light's, the party's over".

Patriots should handle the Ravens...hard to beat Tom Terrific at home.

Get the chili and brewskies ready, gonna be a grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat football weekend !!!

unless you get your TV through DISH Network...ongoing squabbles with FOX over contracts means the NFL will not get the viewership its advertisers paid big bucks for!

And I won't get to see any games televised on FOX

    GB 45- Dallas 17

This one could get ugly for Dallas. Green Bay could run it up at home on them.

This time, I see Romo throwing a couple picks as Dallas plays from behind...GB is rested and ready and Dallas has not played in sub zero temps in a loooonnnggg time: GB 37 Dallas 20.

Aaron Rodgers is the NFL's golden child no chance the refs will let Green Bay lose. image

I think Dallas covers the spread. I do not have any "action" on the game. The Ravens have me worried in Foxboro.Figure Denver. Seattle advance.

I think the Packers will win, but 6 points is more than I expected. And Dallas always seems to play up or down to the competition. They have a lot of close games. I'm leaning towards taking the points with Dallas

I'll get aboard the Dimeman train. Dallas 24, Green Bay 2. Aaron limps off the field on his tender ankle. Dimeman will then be a fan of Suh.

His injury is to the calf, not ankle.

If Rodgers is limited, that will change the game dynamic drastically. Dallas can win if Matt Flynn is the opposing QB.

Dallas continuing to lead the charmed life..

Tim stole my thunder. Clearly, the X-factor is Rodgers' calf muscle. If he doesn't shred it, GB will win. If he does, all bets are off. I say he'll be just fine.

    Pack 37, Dallas & the refs 27

Edit: I don't think it's going to be a chalky weekend. One of the home teams is going to get picked off, and I think it's going to come from the AFC. Can't decide which one.

you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet

For Dimeman's sake, we must think holistically.

The Cowboys can always fail to show up and get crushed by the Packer but I think they escaped last week playing poorly on offense and making a number of mental mistakes in all 3 phases of the game and will play well to win 31-24.

With Chris Christie putting his weight behind them, Dallas is a lock.

Dallas looking like they can handle this game, it helps that Rodgers cant run...
  • grote15grote15 Posts: 29,694 ✭✭✭✭✭
Rodgers is one dimensonial in this game, but still has the arm to make plays.

    It's going to be close.

I think we can finally put to rest the nonsense that Romo is not an elite QB..

Romo went from a terrible choke artist to one of the top QB's in the NFL in 1 year after back surgery!

Wow, that was a huge call reversal against the Cowboys. Great play by Dez Bryant, but the ball did touch the turf.

Not going to slam the Cowboys, they had a really good year coming here into Seattle and beat us and stayed consistent the whole year. Doug

The Cowboys beat the spread. That 2 pt conversion had me freaking out, but Dallas knocked it away! Cowboys fans, you have a lot to be proud of!!!
