Weight is correct for a coin with two holes. I'm thinking eBay with a starting bid of C$2000.

As a kid we use to string a button with 4 holes. With the button in the middle of the string you would pull the string outward and the button would rotate and make a buzzing sound. Looks like this is what they were doing with this coin
