Is there a price "guide" for BBCE wrapped items?

Starting to see a lot of BBCE wrapped boxes and racks for sale. The prices vary. What's the way to determine what is fair value for a BBCE wrapped racks pack? Example: 1975 BB rack - no stars showing - what would be a fair price to pay.

The fairest price, I think, is going to be directly from BBCE. If you see something elsewhere with their wrap you can try sending a professional and polite email explaining that you're in the market for ____ product and ask what they normally sell them for.

Another option is to go on BBCE's Buying Page and see what they're currently paying for items. It seems that their markup isn't too high, so this could give you a ballpark range.

I, too, have wondered this. There are some boxes online I'd be interested in but don't want to buy something that someone may have simply marked-up due to BBCE not having the product in stock.

    Best and good luck!

There is no price guide. When trying to figure out pricing I use 3 things:

    1) Completed (sold) listings on ebay
    2) Completed transactions on here
    3) What Steve is selling the item for if he has it

If BBCE has the item in stock, that is a good place to start, although I have seen ebay auctions ending lower than what BBCE has in stock on a regular basis, especially on items that are fairly common (early 80's wax). If BBCE doesnt have them in stock, then ebay completed listings are a good start, but again, if there is none in stock and only one or two on ebay, expect to pay more, especially for more difficult items
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

Is there a price guide for anything anymore? (a relevant one, of course)
