    But Andre Ware did not have the publicity Leaf had. Leaf was touted as a future hall of famer before he even took a pro snap. The guy is a bum. He has made millions for doing nothing. I wish I was that bum?!?image

    How can you say Michael Vick?! This guy rarely even played last season. He got some playing time, but there's no use in playing him full time. It's kind of like John Elway's career how his started off...Vick will be a very good QB. He's also going to be the starting QB for my Falcons this up-coming season...also added Warrick Dunn and some other defensive players along with some better offensive players...I expect the Falcons to be a MUCH better team this season...

    i don't know how big of football fans you guys are so you might not know this guy but tony mandarich was supposed to be one of the greatest offensive lineman to ever play the game he absolutely $ucked

    As a die hard cowboys fan I was hoping Leaf could fulfill his potential but obviously that did not work out. Another name to throw out is Akili Smith. maybe not quite as much hype as Leaf but still a top 3 pick who is now hanging on to the 3rd best QB on his TEAM. Certainly a bust!

    If u want to talk about big busts how about Ki-Jana Carter, Tony Mandarich, Brian Bosworth just to name a few.

    Leaf would be in the top 10 for worst draft picks.

    I feel the pain of the other unfortunate Lions fans. Andre Ware was the worst!! Was glad about Mandarich though because most of us Michigan Fans celebrate the failures of the Spar-tuns. Leaf is horrible but he could probably beat the crap out of Ware, and maybe Mandarich since he is now off the roids!!

    Living here in San DIego I can't tell you how aweful it was to have such an A-hole playing here. This guy was the biggest wuss. I remember when Jr. Seau and some other team mates took his credit card and charged a bunch of dinners on it as an innitiation prank and the guy threw such a 2 year old tantrum. He threatened to file charges and sue. Can you believe that. Jr told me if he EVER got on the other side of the line with that guy he would gladly pay the fine for what he was going to do to him.

    If memory serves me right what about Charlie Ward.Didn't he wn the Heisman and didnt even get drafted,so he decided to go play basketball

    The thing is Leaf had so much media coverage. Collage players of old didn't have the constant scrutiny of the press. Leaf in my opinion is the worst of the worst. Andre Ware at least got back-up jobs. Leaf can't even hang on with the Cowboys!!

    Ware is definitely one of the top guys. Leaf has at least managed to fool teams into thinking he might be good enough to stay in the league for a few years and get some cash. Ware, as a Heisman winner, fooled no one. You can't count Charlie Ward, because of the fact he was never drafted so it's kind of hard to be a bust.
    And yes, The Boz (Bosworth) couldn't make it far with that crappy haircut.

    actually, charlie ward won the heisman for florida state, got signed by one of the YANKEES farm teams, and then decided to go play bkb for the knicks.
