I got my second matchbook graded and then I got just the fourth Kellogg Pep Panel graded. The others were graded PSA 2, PSA 3, and PSA 4. So even though this is just a PSA 4, there is none graded higher to date. The quest continues................

Here is my newly graded Pep Panel. Only the fourth one graded to date and the others were a 2,3, and a 4 like this one.

The photo that was a mystery earlier in this thread shows Bronko Nagurski with middleweight wrestler Bob Coleman practicing his wrestling moves from 1937. I'm happy to identify the other wrestler after not knowing all this time.

I am finally on top of the queue and Bronko is the next athlete to be added to the registry. Hopefully I will be able to load my items in the next day or two and see the complete list of items from PSA.

I was excited to see Bronko at the top of the queue after waiting for several months and now I have sat there for 11 days. I hope it moves on to a registered set soon.......

The set registry folks are really busy with it being the end of the year and the awards for the set registry, but it is a bit humorous that I finally made it to the top after several months and now I have sat at the top for nearly two months at this point. Just my luck!!!

I got this autographed wrestling postcard today and enjoy it with both his wrestling and football accolades mentioned on it.

Not sure that is how it always works. I've had several of my requested sets go live while they were quite far down on the list.
They've actually stopped taking requests on some types of sets. From their set request page (the spelling mistake in the 2nd sentence made me laugh):
Currently, we are experiencing a larger than usual number of requests. Therefore, for an undermined time, we can no longer accept requests for the following types of sets: subsets, type sets, non-restricted sets (sets allowing for any card in a slot) and some key card sets. This may include sets similar to some that already appear in the Registry in limited numbers. If your request does not appear on the list below, then it has not been accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you have any questions or would like to know if a request will be accepted prior to your submitting it, please email setregistry@collectors.com.
I don't know squat about wrestling cards, but I do know a bit about the great Bronko. Mr dear grandfather hailed from Minnesota and he used to regale me with stories about Bronko Nagurski. The stories were all football-oriented. Enough of that, I just want to say that your autographed postcard is the best-looking, most ferocious piece you own of Mr. Nagurski. It is PSA 12, bro!!! He's looking right into your eyes. Brother, that means something. The autograph is so neat and legible, without a smear or mar.
Perfection.
WhatEVER you decide to do to display your collection of Mr. Nagurski, I for one would put the autographed postcard front and center, or wherever you want to have your prized piece placed. I know I have gushed with superlatives---THIS ONE deserves them!
If you are open-minded to beautiful, well-done cards of Bronk, may I recommend Bob Lemke's fantasy card of a 1955 Topps All-American Bronko Nagurski. To find him, Google Bob Lemke's blog. He gives a recent checklist of his marvelous fantasy 1955 Topps All American creations. Well worth the relatively few dollars they cost; I believe they will appreciate some day. That's not why I bought the few I have. Bob Lemke's work is excellent and done in good taste. He does very few of each card. Moreover, every time I've bought for investment, the things tank. Conversely, every time I've bought a gorgeous card or item because I love it and want to keep it----those are the ones that spike significantly in value. This has been true with a number of things I've collected in my life---sport and non-sport.
Best regards, and thanks for sharing that beauty with us, bro. ---Indiana Jones (Brian Powell)

I picked this up last week and thought it was cool to have a wrestling item signed by Bronko Nagurski.
I have had this wrestling card for a while and it is insanely tough to find this in top condition.
Why is he wrestling an 8th grader in the photo?

Having his auto on a PC is special.
I like it.
