BB HOF Book "The Hall" 75th Anniversary

Being it's HOF voting time thought this would be a good read. Checked it out at my local library and thought I would bring it to the groups attention, if all might be interested. Over 600 pages and it's loaded with great pictures.Each chapter is broken down by HOF inductees by their position. Each chapter has a picture of each players HOF plaque,interesting background of the player,along with pictures of the player in uniform. Some really great pixs of them in their uniforms are here. I learned a few different things from the bios.What I liked best was the essays at the beggining of each section written by a HOF in that position.Catchers-Fisk,Pitchers-Ryan,First Base-Cepeda,Right Fielders-Aaron, and so forth for the other positions. There also are a few old tobacco card like photos of the players from that era.A good mix of color,B/W, and action photos also. All and all it was like walking through the Hall, but in the comfort of your home. Don't think you will be disappointed.
