I don't believe so. That defeats the purpose of anonymous feedback. That is supposed to allow the buyer to feel safe when leaving honest feedback for a seller.
A few ruin it, but I'd guess a majority leave appropriate feedback for the transactions they experience.

You could create and run some custom reports on ebay, but they frown upon finding out what each buyer left for stars, especially if you act on it somehow.
