    there may be a 2014 set still available to look at

    they have a happy birthday set, too.

    no special coins, just a special wrapper.

    It's a regular "W" proof Silver Eagle in a special folder. The 2013 and 2014 versions are still available from the mint at $54.95 each.

    Latest sales figures are 17,786 for the 2013, and 6,906 for the 2014.

    Here's how to make your own congratulations set. Go to a Greeting Card rack, select a nice card. Insert a $100 bill.
    Give it to your recipient.

    A much better gift than an SAE that might get cashed in for $1.
