Topps Autograph Card Redemption Question

I really don't collect modern cards and for the first time I have a Signature Redemption card. I went to redeem this card on-line and was told to put in a "10 digit code found on the sticker on the back of the redemption card." This is probably a stupid question but what sticker are they talking about? Am I supposed to scratch off the area at the bottom of the card (it doesn't really appear to be a scratch off)?

Rub that squiggly looking area off with the edge of a coin.

It's kinda tough but use a coin or fingernail.
Just don't scratch to hard as to scratch off the letter/numbers.
I just did my first one the other day and it was kinda hard to do.

yeah, be careful scratching it. Then you go to www.redeem.topps.com and put in your code. You will register with your name, address, and a couple other minor things so they can mail the redemption to you. You can go back to that site and check the status of your redemption. Unfortunately I have two in "pending" status, one being a Willie Mays signed card.
