..the thread is now locked, but it is a good read about what NOT to do if you sell a collection. When I pass away, I will instruct her to get on here and throw EVERYTHING up. And yes, if you thought his estate find was nice, I guess ya'll will have a field day with my stuff. Just take it easy on her please....

You must have hundreds of OC Nolan Ryan RCs if your collection is better than that gold mine.

+1 - OP had a great collection, offered it up to sell, had overwhelming response, apologized for how quickly stuff went, some bashed him for not making it "fair".
Once items were sold people sour graped that the items were searched and OC,and slandered him when he would not sell to everyone that contacted him because the demand made it impossible to contact everyone that was interested before the items were gone. It was not like the items went to an auction house, and he said they were sold to people on the board - just a lot quicker than anticipated.

There is no point other than pot stirring.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Don't waste your time and fees listing on ebay before getting in touch me by PM or at gregmo32@aol.com !

Totally off subject, but speaking of pot, a moderator must be super conservative, because my pot themed avatar is suddenly missing...bummer man!

It's nice.....just don't take advantage of my girlfriend. She knows nothing about any of that kind of stuff. I may ask one of my buddies on here that lives in NC to help assist to make sure she is not overwhelmed.
I know Kirk and am sure he would never intentionally hoodwink anyone nor screw them.
I'm not going to read that thread.
I am sure of one thing. Kirk is "not" gonna give his stuff away - so be ready to pay what's proper. Also, people were very impressed with the thread on his "find" and I'm sure Kirk got inundated with emails/PMs when he decided to sell some of it.
So, I would guess some were boxed out and very disappointed.
I would prefer we give Kirk the benefit of the doubt since he's been a pretty classy guy over the years and would never dream of dissing anyone here - not intentionally.
Have a Happy New Year everyone.
Is the thread gone? Because that would def be a shame to delete all of those baseball card porn.

No, but it IS locked. So it slid down a page or two.
