No, only some folks can.....

Weak strike, look at the missing scroll on the reverse..... The coin has AU wear but most would call it an XF

Looks XF-Details. I suspect it was cleaned and has since retoned.

I would call the coin AU depending on luster and surfaces ( was there an improper cleaning?). The strike on this may allow for the coin to retain luster while showing wear. My example has unbroken luster in the fields where there is apparent wear on the high points similar to the op where NGC graded mine an AU58 (likely a 55 at PCGS)

The coin was stored in an small one coin envelope.Think thats where the color came from.Don't think was ever cleaned got a couple from my uncle in these paper manilla holders.
