For PCGS Authorized dealers:
They pay $40 each for Express service instead of $50 They pay $25 each for Regular service instead of $30 They pay $16 each for Economy service instead of $18 They pay $12 each for Modern service instead of $14 They pay $40 each for Mint Error service instead of $50 They pay $40 each for Special Issues service instead of $50
I'm just a little fish looking in through the window, but I wouldn't assume every dealer gets the same deal. I imagine the auction houses, large wholesale outfits, and crackout kings get negotiated contracts. That's how volume sales work in virtually every other market.
