2014 was personally a difficult year. An unexpected family loss started out the year (R.I.P.) . I added three coins for the year with this being an unexpected opportunity that I decided not to pass up. Rapiamus, amici, occasionem de die!?

Best wishes to all my fellow collectors.

If I put one on HOLD an hour ago , is it 2014's last purchase , or 2015's first purchase ?

My final 2014 purchase, although not a coin, combines the precious metal platinum with my favorite gemstone -- a Natural Blue Star Sapphire. image

I got shipping confirmation on this one on December 31, these are the seller's pics. The two curved clips were attributed but the incomplete clip was not.

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
