Home Precious Metals

Anyone ever deal with or hear of Precious Metals Exchange Refinery?

They are listing gold eagles under spot, and I'm waiting on info about silver eagles.

I think we may have a big problem here. I'm seeing no credible evidence that they even exist. Of their six locations, I've checked google for them and none of them are shown on any street views. There are empty lots, houses/gas stations, but no physical buildings, and some of the street views are as new as May 2014.

They are quite odd as when I emailed back I was asked to call. I texted from an anonymous number telling them that I thought it seemed sketchy, and they ended up calling me anyways to that anonymous number.

Furthermore, the photo they provided was of coins on a kitchen counter it seems, but they say that have six physical locations. There are more indications that this is not legit within our messages back and forth.

I'm thinking about calling the police in Savannah or something... not sure the correct method of taking care of this.. anyone?

IIRC they were discussed here in the past. The only way that they can sell AGEs below spot is to take your $$ and hope that gold drops low enough so they can buy it cheaper. Just pass and fuhgeddabout the po-leece.

I'm not going to purchase from them. From our conversation I am nearly positive they are a scam.

Is this something I should call someone in the law enforcement about? I bet there are tons of people getting scammed!

I just got off the phone with "them." Not sure what I think... this is either crazy! Or some really dumb people it seems. Said he'd email me his business/dealers license and some references come Monday next week.. we'll see

Obvious scam. At those prices they could sell to APMEX and make a profit.

Why isn't the FBI investigating these guys? Never mind---I just remembered that they're too busy investigating racist cops.
