Anyone ever have their registry sets disappear from the registry

Just checking in on an issue I escalated to PSA support this morning. My 1971 Topps baseball set is no longer showing up in the registry and when I click the link in "MyRegistry" I get the error message below. Can anyone who has experienced a similar issue share insight?

I've had low completion percentage sets disappear. Were you under 10% complete? Had it been a long time since you added to it?

No. There's the rub. I hit 100% just this past October. However someone did erroneously send me a request to remove a card last week. Could that be the issue?

I have had cards sent in for review removed from my registry but I never had my whole set disappear.

Only if you accidentally selected 'delete set from registry'. Not sure if that's an option on the page the 'request to remove cert' links you to. I'd call CU customer service and ask them to restore it. They should be able to do so.
