Does series 1 or 2 contain rc's? (90's basketball)

I can't remember which series contains rookie cards when talking about 90's unopened basketball boxes; finest, chrome, skybox premium etc...

If anyone has any info is appreciate it.

Really depends on the year it's a mix of the two.

There are multiple checklist site available online to answer these questions. It's all dependent on the set.

93/94 Finest (released in a single series)
94/95 Finest Series 2 (Rookie cards of Grant Hill,Jason Kidd,etc.)
95/96 Finest Series 1 (Rookie card of Kevin Garnett) I believe there was a mix in both though
