Grade Deleted

I was looking up some old gold that sold on Heritage earlier this year. There was a half eagle that sold really cheap so I looked up the cert on NGC and it says grade "deleted". What would be the reason for that? Thanks

    someone sent in the cert after cracking it out ....image

    my guess
    everything in life is but merely on loan to us by our appreciation....lose your appreciation and see
