Very nice copy of the long out of print book (this is first edition 1984). Original cover has a few dings along edges (see photos) and aged to a lovely ivory patina (i.e. it toned.) but has been stored w/ a protective plastic cover since well before I acquired it. Binding is tight and no writing, highlighting, etc...
My collecting has gone a different direction and I don't have a use for the reference anymore!
