ebay "fraudulant listed item" question

I reported an item to ebay that I believe was a fraudulent listed item but I cannot explain why it is such. All I can do is send the complaint. Is there any way I can actually explain why this is so?

For anyone that wants to see the item and seller, the info is below;

ebay item #131384393326

    That's funny. It's obviously not in a BGS slab but it's listed as such. He has another card that is in a BGS slab but listed as raw lol

    Yeah, after looking at most of his listed cards, almost all of them could be reported for some kind of fraudulent listing.

    Why people keep dealing with Mickey Mouse sellers is beyond me.

    To the OP, I posted a warning to the forum last week about a known resealed box (I bought the box 3 months ago from the seller and BBCE deemed it completely resealed). I was worried about the same thing as I was only able to contact ebay through a dropdown box method. Other board members reported the same item after reading my thread and the listing was quickly pulled. Hopefully, enough members will report the item and the seller will be forced to take down the listing. I will do my part. Thanks for the heads up.

    Thank you!
    And fwiw, I was going to report that seller with the resealed box but it was pulled before I could report it.

    My guess is the seller clicked 'Sell one like this' and didn't correct the titles. At least he added his own pics, but the title is exactly the same as vintagesnowmobiles.
