SB web site flaky once again?

Thanks to TDN's post, I hoped over the SB's website and purchased the book he linked. I then decided I'd poke around their website and see what they had for direct sale. I was looking for commemorative silver coins. I checked the box to look at them and was rewarded with a series of "critical errors" that culminated with a message telling me that SB is using a trial version of some software that shall remain nameless by me and that if I'd like a license key I can click a link.
Yeah, I know from past threads complaining about SB's website that plenty of posters will inform me that I can email SB and tell their IT people who are standing by eagerly awaiting to fix every little flaw. But nowadays I do little business with SB so I have no idea who to email and even less interest in devoting time to find out. So to all that want to tell me to contact SB, why don't you contact SB and direct their IT people to this post?
