need advice on a 3 color patch k.martin from fleer exclusive

hi i have a k.martin 3 color game exclusive patch card thats suppose to be #d/25 but its not it has the wrong back it suppose to say this card contains a special patch from a authentic jersey,mine has the reg game exclusive jersey back which says this card contains a piece from a authentic game worn jersey even tho the front of the card where the patch is says game worn patch,i just got off the phone with fleer about it and they said it was a error and it was suppose to be #d/25,ok here's my question,they said to send it back
and i would recieve one of the vinsanity collection game used cards of vince carter,would you send it back or keep it,lmk what you would do,thanks

I would ask them how many colors it would be.

i ask that to the rep from fleer he said it would be worth more then the k.martin patch,but you know fleer,thats the first they heard from that set of being a error,i guess you would say its a double error since its not #d at all,i do have a scan of it if anyone would like to see it,thanks

Actually.. the back of the card is correct. I had a vince carter that was the same and everyone that i seen had the same back on it. There is an error on the card not being numbered.. but i think the back is correct. There have been many of the patches on ebay and they all have the same back.

Why don't you send it in and have it numbered then? IT is their fault that they didn't number it. Have them send a letter with it saying that it is hand numbered. Just an Idea.

Then I would be asking for unopened boxes of some of their new stuff because what they offered to you in my opinion is worthless. They are just giving you cards of their spokeman to get you to buy their cards.
