CC Renewal Turnaround

Is there a stated, expected turnaround time for a CC renewal submission? I decided i'd like to track my subs because I'm a spreadsheet nerd and I want to create statistics on my results and the actual days at PSA (shipped date - rec'd date) versus expected days at PSA. I looked on PSAs website and here on the forum to the best of my ability but didn't find a concrete answer.
