The seller "paypal_digital_gifts" on eBay is selling $50.00 gift certificates (I believe they will not send physical card ... only via email) for $40.00. The 5x ebay bucks apply as well. So if you go to Applebees, why not get a $50.00 gift certificate for $36.00.
