Anyone have golf clubs they will give up for cards???

I am looking to get a set, will trade nicely for them...Must be the whole set, I will pay shipping. Not looking for Tiger Woods caliber or Kmart clubs...something inbetween.

  • I just took up golf a couple months ago after many years of peer pressure...I was in the same boat..Did'nt wanna go broke buying clubs in case I sucked and quit..And did'nt want clubs so cheap I'd be embarrassed to carry them on the course...I finnally found a really nice set of Wilsons at my local Wal Mart for less than $200..But I can tell you I also saw alot of nice deals for clubs on eBay too and since your willing to pay shipping i'd bet you can find a bargain thereimage

  • Tommy Armour? Are they decent? Are you interested in trading for them?
  • 845s with the oversized head? I checked on eBay..going for about 150-175...let me know if yu are interested in trading for them
  • go to your local golf shop and take some practice swings and let them tell you what club flex and size you need, it could save you a lot of time and grief. Most people can use the same club length its a strange thing God made most of us the same distance from the finger tip to the floor, but sometimes you may be 1/2 inch long or short. That will determine the degree of lie in your club, it can make a difference when you swing you might allways hit the toe of your iron or the heel. Look for something with perimeter weight cavity back oversize club, they are a lot more forgiving on missed shots. The 845 TA unless they have changed is not the oversize when I bought my 845s the os was the 855. If you have a strong, fast or jerky swing you may want to go with a firm flex in the shaft. If you have a smooth slow swing then a reg flex is what you need. Your golf shop can tell you this if they are any good. Remember every one sucks when it comes to golf if we didnt we would be on tour. Practice alot on the range before you go on the course just for safety sake. Good luck and have fun

  • It helps that you work at a golf shop like me, I just got Personal use discount from ping on 3-PW, UW, SW Ping I3 irons for 330. That's awesome, best irons on the market. No way you'll find a brand new set customized for that cheap.

My next buy will be a Titleist J driver for 215.

No wonder i'm not buying any cards, it's golf season.
WANTED HIGH END KIRBY PUCKETT STUFF.
  • I got golf Clubs, won them at a raffle at work two years ago they were valued at 300 dollars...they are Wilson's 3 Drivers, has a putter and bunch of wedges...

I never play just take them to the Driving Range..

Shoot me an email if you are still looking for them.
