Warning: resealed 1979 Topps Wax Box on eBay

There is a 1979 Topps Baseball Wax Box on eBay right now. The item number is 121516315827 (if someone can please help me with a link please). The seller is theeylerfamily2012. I purchased a 79 wax box from the same seller and in September and it was completely resealed. Looks like he has been laying low and finally relisted it. I have reported the item to eBay and hope they will make him pull the listing.

I reported the item to eBay using their dropdown menu form. Is there a way to email customer support directly about this? I can't seem to find their email does anyone else have it?

    Thanks skrezyna23

It would probably be better to call Ebay and explain what happened when you bought the box. I'm afraid an email wouldn't get a response.

Why didn't you leave proper feedback in September to warn future buyers??

Seller could easily of had it removed by eBay with a simple call since the item was accepted/returned and money returned. Even though eBay would have removed it, this is still not a reason to skip on the feedback.

Unfortunately, eBay will not pull this listing. There is nothing that can be done. It will sell to the highest bidder.

his shill bumped it to reserve. only somebody with absolutely no clue could be taken by this.

and there IS something that can be done. if enough people report it as fraud, they will pull the listing. then, it will rinse, repeat.
