I'm interested to hear what others think this set is worth?

I don't think it will sell for the asking price but may try to double down if it doesn't sell and I'm struggling a bit on how rare these actually are and just how desirable of a set it is.

I see PWCC sold this Jordan alone recently:

I collect BGS Jordan's and have a BGS jordan registry, but I have absolutely no interest in many "rare" jordan cards... this one included. I honestly don't know why collectors have so much interest in cards like this. To me, it's just an oddball 91 golf set that included jordan. Even if I could afford this card I still wouldn't buy it.
Just one jordan collectors opinion!
