A dumb unopened question

I'm interested in buying an 84-85 Topps hockey box. The packs those year appear to be the same kind as the 83 Michigan test wax packs. My question is do I need to worry about something like that being possibly resealed? I'm thinking no right? I've never held one in my hand to be sure.
