Will PSA Grade Topps Foil-Stamped Buybacks?

Hello all.
This is my first post so it probably is terrible. My question is whether PSA will grade a foil-stamped buyback pulled from 2014 Topps. It's a 1974 Dwight Evans, and I want it graded just to have it encapsulated and so it "goes with" the rest of my Dwight Evans collection. And if they do grade it, will they grade it as a 1974 card or as a 2014 card?
Thanks and sorry again for my assuredly terrible first post.

It was only worth a couple of bucks, so PSA sent it back to him in a PWE.

Probably the same kind of guy looks at a 1974 Topps Dwight Evans buyback and say "Man, I gotta get that graded." :-)

Us player collectors can get crazy! And just about every player gets collected at some point. I wish I could afford to send my Mark Grace collection in, but you're talking several thousand dollars in grading fees for mostly commons. Just can't be that crazy, for now at least.

I think he was referring more the noticeably poor centering l/r and why would someone thing this specific example should be in a slab. LOL.

Bingo. The card itself, being rare, I can see. But that centering...

Yep, that's what I meant... only a player collector would think it's slab worthy. Player, card and slab are what matters... condition is secondary, especially if it's your only copy.
