POP REPORT - SMR

Has anyone been having problems with this? I tried to purchase the SMR/POP report online - it took my credit card and thanked me and sent me a confirmation e-mail thanking me. I tried to pull up the POP/SMR and it tells me it has expired. I went back and looked and it tells me I am activated and my subscription is good through April 17, 2002 - I signed up May 19, 2002! I tried again and it says my subscription is now good through May 18, 2002! This is rapidly turning into a losing proposition! Rick

e-mail Gayle at gayle@collectors.com I have found her to be extremely helpful.

Rick -- How can you say that "This is rapidly turning into a losing proposition!" when you have already picked up 30 more days on your expired subscription?
  • Don - Let me know if you get your subscription corrected. I will try Gayle that David suggested and see what happens. David - I am smart enough to spot a good deal when I see it! I bought a second month after the first one gave me 30 days of expired time! I think I am working on being #1 on the list for the SMR/POP REPORT expired set registry. I am not sure how they weight this just yet though. Rick

I had same thing happen to me the beginning of May. I just called the PSA customer service number and talked to a rep, and he verified the credit card transaction and activated my service on the spot.

  • So far I have e-mailed twice and spent 15 min. on the phone today - they say it will be corrected! How hard can it be? I know I am not very patient but it sounds like this has been an ongoing problem. Anybody got any 53's they just can't wait to get rid of? Rick

I have a bunch of 50's graded up on eBay now, since you asked. You can find the stuff via my web page.

If you call PSA and ask them to fix this, they can fix it quickly. Make sure you have the right user ID. Their system is changing and it's possible that your user ID has changed, too.

I am not sure why you had problems with them on the phone.

  • PSA still has my money - I still have nothing. Anyone else have any luck getting what they paid for? Rick

Rick -- e-mail me if you need any of the reports (Pop. or SMR) and I will send them to you in a Word doc.
  • David - Thanks - If they don't get this mess straight soon I may have to ask you for that information. Just looking for the 53 Topps stuff mainly. Thanks again - - - Rick

Heck- I received access to the pop report and the online smr immediately, but I did not receive my first issue of the magazine until about ofur months after I started the subscription. Three calls ultimately did the trick.
