any guesses on what a t206 complete set without the big 3

would sell for in average condition of PSA 5? For example, there are a number of complete graded sets on the registry with average rating of PSA 5. Just trying to get a ballpark estimate of what it would cost to buy one of those in an auction. Any recent sales that anyone knows of?

I believe there was a similar group sold in the 2013 REA auction. From memory, I think it went for approx. $115K. Can't remember if that includes the buyers fee or not.

Here's a near set (518) from Heritage for a little over 100K from 2012: Link. My guess is that you're probably looking at 125-150K by now.

Wagner, Plank, Magie. You could throw Doyle in the mix as well as it's scarcity is greater than Wagner and it's price is between Wagner and Plank although it's generally not considered a necessity for the set. Demmit and O'Hara (STL) would be your next tier.
