Good idea .. Most likely to see another 10x bonus bucks after Christmas, if before ,then Ebay might want to spur soft holiday sales

Yes, once. Their reply was that it is a totally random selection and they couldn't change it for me. It seems however that, randomly, the same people keep getting the offers...LOL

Hardly the case ...these Bonus offers have enabled some nice purchases of PCGS Morgans at good prices on the bay

Interesting. With the hoops you have to jump through to spend them, I would think they (eBay) would sit quietly hoping you forget about them. More money for THEM!

The ebay bonus bucks are great for my PCGS graded coin buys .. if raw is your line . go for it......

Thanks for that...but....I have already set all of my preferences, including email for communication of offers and promotions. I just double checked everything and it looks like everything
is up to date. It's just one of those things...some are IN and some are OUT of luck when it comes to being on their special ebay bucks special promotions' "list".
